Description : 4.2.8 glycolysis.plastid branch.glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAP-DH) Encodes one of the chloroplast/plastid localized GAPDH isoforms (GAPCp1/At1g79530 and GAPCp2/At1g16300). gapcp double mutants display a drastic phenotype of arrested root development, dwarfism and sterility.
