Description : 33.99 development.unspecified Arabidopsis thaliana homolog of human CAND1 (cullin-associated and neddylation-dissociated). Putative similarity to TBP-interacting protein TIP120. Ubiquitously expressed in plant tissues throughout development. T-DNA insertion mutant plants were completely sterile and resistant to sirtinol and auxin, but not to gibberellins or brassinolide. Displayed developmental phenotypes similar to those of axr1, namely, short petioles, downwardly curling leaves, shorter inflorescence. Required for SCF function and appears to modulate SCF complex cycling. Physically interacts with CUL1. cullin-associated and neddylation dissociated (CAND1)
